We have summarised the important information and details regarding the booking terms and conditions at the Bad Stebener Hof wellness & SPA hotel for you below. The hotel team is of course available for you at any time if you have any questions. We would be delighted to be able to assist you in person.

Our prices are per person and day, for the range of services described, including taxes. Subject to errors and changes. The usual local visitor’s tax is charged per person and day.

We will be happy to reserve the room category you want depending on availability. We hope you understand that we cannot promise you a specific room number. Wellness & beauty treatments must be booked at the same time as your reservation, otherwise we cannot promise there will be any appointments free.

Your room is available for you to occupy from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the wellness area on the day of departure for longer for an extra charge.

You are welcome to pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC card or Visa credit card.

All public areas and rooms at Bad Stebener Hof are non-smoking.

You can bring your dog with you by prior agreement. Dogs are not allowed in the guest room and wellness area, as well as the garden and sun terrace. We charge a dog fee of EUR 15 per day (without food).

All double rooms are possible with single occupancy for an extra charge of EUR 20.00 per day

Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival, our GTC apply after that.
